Segmented tumbler
Our segmented drive tumblers can be installed and removed without taking out the drive shaft to make maintenance safer and faster. We create the drive lug to provide engagement for deeper contact with the track shoe drive lug. As with our standard drive tumbler, we have performed an induction hardening process to the wear surfaces so they hold up better against the stress of use.
Overpitch tumbler
As the drive track wears and the pitch is extended, the engagement between your track shoe drive lugs and tumbler becomes mismatched. This misalignment causes unnecessary wear to both the tumbler and track shoes, costing you time and money.
Our overpitch tumbler is makes up for the extended pitch to get the same correct engagement that you had when the drive track was new. This simple replacement does not require any modifications, and it increases your track shoe lifespan by 50% so you can drive farther between maintenance shutdowns. Segmented overpitch tumblers are available for easier replacement.
Undercarriage system
The existing OEM undercarriage of your excavator can benefit from using our individual replacement parts as the original parts wear. However, for maximum performance and the longest wear life possible, we also provide complete undercarriage system replacements. Our undercarriage system is ready to install without any modifications to the frame.
Track shoes
Track shoes bear an extreme weight load, so we make ours stronger than conventional track shoes. We use only the highest quality materials because they last longer. When your track shoes can better support your equipment, you can go further between maintenance shutdowns. Our standard track shoes are made with high quality manganese steel. We also have heavy duty and custom alloy metallurgical options available to meet the specific demands of your mine.
Lower and upper rollers
Unlike conventional rollers, we forge the body of our rollers from a single piece of steel and then put them through a unique induction hardening process, eliminating welded-joint fracture as a failure mode. We complete the rollers with our premium bronze bushings and mechanical face seals. The finished product is one that is engineered for maximum strength.
Idler
Our induction hardened idlers are stronger and last longer than conventional idlers. Every idler is made with precision using our premium bronze bushings and mechanical face seals.
