Unmatched robustness and longevity

Incorporating the latest technology, the Jaw Crusher EB series consisting of a standard model range and Pro series delivers high performance thanks to the optimised geometry of the crushing chamber. With a good intake angle and aggressive stroke, you get high throughput rates with maximum crushing efficiency.

Jaw Crusher EB series

One of the key strengths of the Jaw Crusher EB series is its unmatched robustness and longevity. More efficient utilisation of the crushing chamber results in lower and more uniform wear of the crushing tools. Furthermore, the crusher frame and swing jaw are made of high-grade steel or special cast steel that has been subjected to a stress- relieving heat treatment in order to prevent residual stresses from the welding or casting process.

Jaw Crusher EB Pro series

With continuous developments and new calculation methods from bionics, we’ve been able to make our latest generation of jaw crushers particularly compact and robust. Thanks to its modular and maintenance-friendly design, our Jaw Crusher EB Pro series is ideally suited for use in both underground and opencast applications, when processing even the hardest materials.

The Jaw Crusher EB series delivers the ultimate in primary crushing efficiency, and therefore lower operating costs. It achieves this through a combination of optimum speed and generously dimensioned flywheels, which allows the crusher to achieve consistently high throughputs, reducing power peaks and energy costs. At the same time, load-carrying components such as bearings and wear elements are less stressed, which increases the service life and durability of the parts by more than 10%.

The standard hydraulically assisted gap adjustment can be converted to a fully hydraulic gap adjustment in the Pro Version without much effort, resulting in a reduction of service times to a minimum.

Our Jaw Crusher EB Pro also offers you unmatched durability and wear-resistance. With innovative design choices based on bionics, FLS can guarantee you higher service life and reduced services times. For example, the patented swing jaw and front wall design absorb load peaks during operations.

Our Jaw Crusher EB Pro enables you to set and adjust the specifications for the desired product quality faster and easier thanks to the stepless standard gap adjustment system and the simple upgrade to fully hydraulic gap adjustment. The effective control and diagnosis system allows for further effectiveness in operations as it enables you to detect potential wear earlier, which gifts you an advantage in planning maintenance works.

Easy transport and installation

The bolted, modular crusher housing simplifies transport, assembly and maintenance. The patented screw connections allow for easy and sustainable service work.

Durable main components

Essential main components, such as housing parts and swing jaw, have been designed using new methods drawing on bionics. The patented solution of the swing jaw and front wall increases their service life and improves the absorption of load peaks during the crushing process.

Maintenance-optimised wear elements

All wear elements are optimised for fast and reliable maintenance, reducing service times by up to 20%. The freely expandable crushing jaws reduce stress transfers to other components. The eccentric shaft bearing arrangement is robust and easy to maintain. All bearings are easily installable and removed using sleeves.
