Greater flexibility and simple design to best meet your needs

In this fast-paced world, we know how important it is for your operations to adapt to the changing needs of your customers by integrating new technology, and by keeping one step ahead of the competition. We can help you maintain that edge with our advanced Decanter Solidbowl Centrifuge.

It efficiently separates mixtures of different densities – typically solids and liquids – from a slurry using centrifugal force through continuous rotation. It uses a sedimentation process, where the solids have a greater density than the liquid from which they are suspended in.

Our Decanter Solidbowl Centrifuge is built to last with the latest wear, process and engineering technology. It is designed to offer flexibilitywith regards to slurry flow and solids concentration and has the ability to capture ultra-fine and low-density solids. Modern and compact, it can be manufactured in a range of different material types to meet your process needs. It is also available in vapor tight and pressurised designs.

Our unit is supported on rubber isolators, providing the centrifuge with more flexibility to move and absorb high frequency vibrations. Our Decanter Solidbowl Centrifuge can also be designed for mobile operations with an easy interface which requires minimal attention, providing you with even more flexibility.

Our simpler design means cost savings when replacing spare parts. We understand how important it is to continue operating at peak efficiency, which is why we are committed to providing support 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We help with repairs or maintenance services, process-related issues, inspections and vibration analysis, regardless of location or application.

Fully-adaptable Solidbowl Centrifuge with minimal interface

We’re giving you the flexibility to adapt our Decanter Solidbowl Centrifuge to meet your needs. It can be adjusted to suit different slurry flow and solids concentration and has the ability to capture ultra-fine and low-density solids. It is available in vapor tight and pressurised designs and you get to choose the material type used to manufacture the unit. This flexibility gives you the control you need to achieve maximum efficiencies and processing success.

Better operations

We use an integrated system to provide independent control of the centrifuge. Not only is the interface easy to work with, the unit can be used with mobile operations, providing you with additional flexibility. Fully automatic with minimal operator attention required, we take the stress out of processing.

Using cutting-edge technology for our Decanter Solidbowl Centrifuge allows us to keep power consumption to a minimum, which generates further cost efficiency for your operations. Our Decanter Solidbowl Centrifuges typically require a minimal amount of servicing for lubrication maintenance and wear and tear maintenance. We provide the most updated wear, process and engineering technology to reduce maintenance shutdowns, and we can service the unit while it is in operation.

Superior support

Not only do we have new or remanufactured Decanter Solidbowl Centrifuges, we provide additional support when needed to ensure you get the most out of your plant and equipment. Our service personnel are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to assist you with repairs, inspections, servicing and replacing parts. We have field service technicians ready to provide mechanical assistance and guidance, as well as process related issues. Our commitment to quality doesn’t end with the purchase of your machine but continues through its lifetime.

A compact centrifuge with flexibility to meet process needs

Our Decanter Solidbowl Centrifuge is a sturdy machine that has been engineered for higher solids recovery across a range of materials including coal, kaolin, calcium carbonate, potash, soda ash and chemicals such as PVC (Polyvinylchloride), PX (Paraxylene), Sodium Hypochlorite, Oxone and CPVC (Chlorinated Polyvinylchloride).

It is also suited to use in municipal settings, including for wastewater bio solids, water alum sludge and water lime dewatering.

It gives you more flexibility with design and manufacturing options in order to meet all your sedimentation needs.
