If you need a screening solution for your operations that is easy and safe to install, you can’t go past the PIPO ‘Push-in Pull-out’ Two Modular Screen Panel System. It allows panels to be quickly installed and uninstalled by clipping and unclipping them from a series of clip rails mounted in the vibrating screen.

This easy-to-use solution will reduce the amount of time your operators spend changing panels out to allow you to save on costly downtime.

Flexible solutions

LUDODECK PIPO Two Modular Screen Panels are available in polyurethane, rubber, wedge wire, woven wire and perforated plate configurations. The modules can be flat, ramp, include cross dams, diverters and deflectors while wedge wire profile wires can be supplied in a variety of profiles. Hard-chromed options are also available to increase the wear life of the panel and help reduce the risk of downtime.

Easy to install: It’s a trouble-free process that will get you up and running quickly. The modular screen panel system can be installed by clipping, and uninstalled by unclipping it from a series of clip rails mounted in the vibrating screen, usually without a hammer. It couldn’t be easier.
Reduced change-out time: Because of that simple and safe installation process, your operators will be able to quickly remove and replace panels when time and safety are of the essence. That means you’ll be able to reduce the risk of costly unplanned downtime.
Flexible use: Our screen panel system is compatible with a range of configurations, materials and apertures. It can be easily customised to suit your needs.

A flexible, durable screen panel solution

Are you already using a range of different panels across your operations? That’s no problem. The LUDODECK PIPO Two Modular Screen Panel System can be fitted with a wide range of panels to provide the maximum amount of flexibility for your operations.

Variety of profile wires

The PIPO Two system is compatible with a variety of profile wires from our extensive range, with the aperture of your choice. Profile wires can also be supplied in a variety of stainless-steel grades.

Hard-chrome options

If you are looking to increase the wear life of your panels, the PIPO Two system is compatible with a number of hard-chromed options. Naturally, a longer-life panel will reduce the risk of unplanned downtime.

Polyurethane panels

Compatible with polyurethane panels that come in a variety of apertures, models and sizes, the PIPO Two system’s options include square apertures from 0.8 mm to 50 mm and slotted apertures from 0.4 mm to 25 mm. Additionally, panels can be made in a number of hardnesses, from 80 Duro Shore A to 95 Duro Shore A.
