FLSmidth MAAG Gear engineers and technical personnel understand the critical relationship between elements of a gear drive, as well as the demand of specific field applications. Working closely together with Design and Engineering as well as with our manufacturing personnel, our Customer Service Department delivers turnkey solutions to your gearbox and/or your operational problems.
Our service staff is highly experienced in the latest technology equipment such as vibration diagnostics. We can provide any troubleshooting and/or problem solving analysis required on all kinds of gear boxes. This includes routine and emergency services, gear box inspections, parts replacement, overhaul, assembly, test run, and assistance during the start-up of your plant.
All our service engineers are highly regarded as experts and well known within the industry. We have decades of experience to provide to your machinery. This experience is also utilized to support our young fellow engineers as training and coaching is provided from the old to the young, from the experienced to the curious.
