Charleston service center retrofits

Retrofits and upgrades

Are you looking for better, more efficient ways to operate? The ECO facilitates easy upgrades and retrofits with a reduced lead time and the highest precision.

Retrofits are supplied as a package, including floor structure, mounting, etc., to ensure the new equipment fits precisely in place of the old, so that installations are seamless and equipment can be up and running quickly. Customers typically experience the benefits of these retrofits in increased efficiency, a swift ROI of less than 18 months, and almost double the equipment life.
Large profile wire machine

Big Bertha

If it’s wedge wire cylinders and baskets you need, the ECO has you covered. With Big Bertha - one of the largest profile wire manufacturing machines in the world - all moved in, we have the capability to manufacture large and small diameter wedge wire cylinders and baskets up to 2.45 m in diameter – completely without seams.

Precision manufacturing – whatever you need

We have many years of experience as a vibrating screen manufacturer, capable of using a wide variety of metals – from carbon steel, to stainless, all the way up to exotic metals – as well as the various different liner materials, depending on customer requirements. We have the capability to build sieve bends, VM centrifuges, parts for screenbowls, as well as undertaking pump and cyclone rebuilds and heavy to light fabrications.

Everything is fully automated, making for a very safe working environment where machinery is built with a high degree of precision and repeatability, and to the highest of standards.
