Our newly expanded East Coast Operations unit (ECO) in Winfield, West Virginia, USA houses everything you need to complete your coal preparation plant upgrades and retrofits. At 200,000 ft2, the facility is home to Big Bertha, one of the largest profile wire manufacturing machines in the world, as well as all the equipment necessary for screen bowl and rotor refurbishment, manufacturing of key equipment, as well as rebuilds and retrofits.

Big Bertha
If it’s wedge wire cylinders and baskets you need, the ECO has you covered. With Big Bertha - one of the largest profile wire manufacturing machines in the world - all moved in, we have the capability to manufacture large and small diameter wedge wire cylinders and baskets up to 2.45 m in diameter – completely without seams.
Precision manufacturing – whatever you need
We have many years of experience as a vibrating screen manufacturer, capable of using a wide variety of metals – from carbon steel, to stainless, all the way up to exotic metals – as well as the various different liner materials, depending on customer requirements. We have the capability to build sieve bends, VM centrifuges, parts for screenbowls, as well as undertaking pump and cyclone rebuilds and heavy to light fabrications.
Everything is fully automated, making for a very safe working environment where machinery is built with a high degree of precision and repeatability, and to the highest of standards.
