Welcome to our new service center
We have acquired the assets of Mill-Ore Industries Inc. The investment is part of a long-term commitment to increase the level of service for customers in the region.
As before, we will continue the service provided by Mill-Ore focused on the KREBS® Pumps, Cyclones and Valves. We are also working hard to grow additional local capabilities. For example, we can now assist in the stocking of critical spares across any of our product lines. Learn more about KREBS® Cyclones, Pumps and Valves.
Cyclone rebuild program: faster and more personal support
Reduce your onsite maintenance, stop worrying about on-site stocking, and maximize cyclone wear life to increase availability and uptime. Like new, or maybe even better than new? Not only do we restore your cyclone, but our trained technicians carefully inspect the wear patterns. We will make sure that you have the optimal liners for your operations. For example, to combat higher wear zones in cyclone's lower cones and apex, more wear resistant ceramics can be used.
Based on the wear patterns, we will recommend the liner that ensures consistent performance throughout the unit’s operating life and achieves the longest maintenance cycle possible. Balancing the initial cost of a more expensive material, with the gain in operating life. Possibilities include Natural Gum Rubber, Nitride Bonded Silicon Carbide (CR), Reaction Bonded Silicon Carbide (CX) and Sintered Alpha Silicon Carbide (CZ).

Hard cured after only 4 hours
To celebrate our new service center, all new orders for cyclone rebuilds will receive one complementary WEAR MAX® Epoxy Ceramic kit. Our ceramic epoxy comes in a handy kit which includes everything you need to mix and apply. This gives you the flexible installation properties of epoxy with the hard-wearing properties of alumina ceramic, customisable to your unique equipment needs. And, WEAR MAX is hard cured after only 4 hours (at 23°C) – this allows for fast equipment lining repairs and reduces maintenance down time for your business. WEAR MAX works with pipes, chutes, silos, tanks, casings and much more. It adheres effectively to most clean and dry surfaces including metal, ceramic, rubber and concrete.Fact sheets and brochures
