Our complete line of stacker/reclaimers is specially designed for multiple applications and comes in two main types.

 

 

Linear bucket wheel models


Compact and economical linear-traveling bucket wheel models are typically supplied complete with tripper cars. They are engineered for alternate stacking and reclaiming in longitudinal stockyards, where there can be large variations in the demand for capacities.

 

We offer boom-type bucket wheel stacker/reclaimers in many configurations and sizes – with booms available in lengths up to 60 m (197 ft) and greater and stacking/reclaiming capacities of up to 20,000 tph (22,000 stph). We provide the tripper car for transferring material from the yard conveyor to the stacker/reclaimer as part of the machine. If no intermediate storage is required, we offer a collapsible tripper car with direct material transfer from the unloading facility (e.g. train cars) to the loadout area (e.g. ships).

 

 

Circular models


Circular operating units stack and reclaim materials alternately or simultaneously, and build a ring-shaped stockpile that is often covered in a dome in order to protect the environment. Since circular stacker/reclaimers are normally housed inside a dome, they build the stockpile automatically at one end by means of a slewing and luffing stacker, using the cone­shell stacking method for 360 degrees of rotation, and they reclaim at the other end with a radial scraper-type reclaimer. The latter reclaims the material layer-by-layer from the pile cross-section, and conveys it into a central hopper located under the central column.

Quickly and efficiently stack and reclaim bulk materials in your stockyard with our advanced Stockpile Stacker/Reclaimers. We offer linear-travelling bucket wheel or circular operating units, in a number of configurations and sizes. 

Depending on your application, these can be standardised or custom-built; they offer capacities of up to 20,000 tph (up to 22,000 stph). Your choice of design depends upon factors such as the size and shape of your stockpile(s), the type of material to be reclaimed, the required reclaiming rate and the need for blending or homogenisation.

  

 

Pylon-type bucket wheel stacker/reclaimers


Our bucket wheel stacker/reclaimer is made to order, and is popular in low- to medium-bulk-density applications and medium ore applications. The pylon-type design offers consistent performance, a good ratio between machine weight and capacity, and increased blending efficiency. It can be supplied in many configurations and sizes, with booms up to 60 m (197 ft) in length, and stacking/reclaiming capacities of up to 12,000 tph (13,230 stph).

Rocker-type bucket wheel stacker/reclaimers

 

The rocker-type bucket wheel stacker/reclaimer is a heavy-duty machine designed to minimise the migration of the centre of gravity during operation and offer increased blending efficiency. Its economical rail gauge maximises the usable width of the stockyard. It can be supplied in many configurations and sizes with booms up to 60 m (197 ft) in length. This stacker/reclaimer allows for high capacities of up to 20,000 tph (22,0050 stph).


An optional collapsible tripper car system provides direct material transport to the loading facility.

Circular stacker/reclaimer

 

Circular stacker/reclaimers are designed to use the cone-shell stacking method with a slewing and luffing stacker to automatically build up a circular stockpile at one end of a stockyard or covered dome. Offering 360 degrees of rotation, it alternately reclaims at the other end using a radial scraper-type reclaimer. The material is reclaimed layer-by-layer from the pile cross-section, and is conveyed into a central hopper. It provides storage capacity of up to 160 m (525 ft) in diameter. The ability to operate under a dome provides environmental advantages.
