We acknowledge our responsibility by offering access to remedy where our business conduct has resulted in adverse impacts on these rights. We also recognise that human and labour rights cannot be taken for granted at supplier sites, which is why our suppliers must sign our Supplier Code of Conduct if they want to do business with us.

Our Business Code of Conduct sets the standard for corporate integrity, anti-corruption and transparency among our employees. Our Diversity and Human Resources policies are based on the fundamental recognition that human and labour rights are essential for us as employers.
