Air Pollution Control Equipment Services
Field Service to help maintain, improve and operate your air pollution control equipment more efficiently
Technical support you can rely on
Predictive maintenance results in greater efficiency and increased equipment availability
Our Field Engineer Service team is devoted to assisting you to maintain your plant operation. Preventive and regularly scheduled maintenance programs for your air pollution control equipment are critical to avoiding expensive, unforeseen outages. Our approach is to work with you to develop a preventative / predictive maintenance program that will increase the time between maintenance outages. Increasing the operation time between maintenance outages reduces the frequency of purchasing replacement parts.
The first step towards lowering your overall air pollution control (apc) equipment operation and maintenance cost is to have a member of our Field Engineer Service team assess the current status of your equipment. During this introductory visit, we typically make a brief survey of your plant air pollution control equipment, then focus our attention on a few specific problem areas you may have. We will provide you with a technical review summarizing our observations and recommendations.
If you require a more in-depth evaluation of a specific process, you may choose to have an Air Pollution Equipment System Audit. This detailed analysis results in a written report outlining possible improvements for your plants apc equipment and layout (from pick-up point to end-of-pipe), with special focus on increasing equipment availability, efficiency, and minimizing energy consumption and reducing emissions to meet the specific emission requirements.
During scheduled shutdowns, our Field Engineers are available to inspect your apc equipment. Based on previous maintenance records and actual inspection findings, they will assist with the planning and execution of the necessary maintenance work. They will pinpoint deficiencies and recommend ways to improve performance of your equipment. Between planned outages, should you require emergency service and repair, our team of experts are prepared to respond quickly in order to get your equipment operating efficiently.
Knowledge transfer
Getting the lowest emissions at the lowest cost for the longest period requires in-depth expertise. And nobody knows our equipment as well as we do.
We offer a variety of on-site training and off-site seminar opportunities that make you even better equipped to keep your air pollution control equipment running cost-effectively and at peak efficiency.
