Loss Of Ignition
Fully automatic process analyser type LOI 800 provides an assessment of loss of ignition after combustion in cement and lime reburning.
The instrument internally operates with 2 channels – it provides processing of 2 samples in parallel mode. Cycle time for 1 channel is 27 minutes. With maximum throughput the result period 14 minutes can be reached.
LOI 800 analyser is located in a cabinet suited for the industrial environment. Typical location of the instrument is the plant laboratory.
The control system is based on Siemens S7-300 PLC with a touch-screen operator terminal. The software controls the automatic analysis cycle, manual or automatic sample loading and enables local and remote diagnostic, alarm & event reporting and data presentation.
The connection to an external control or data acquisition system is via Ethernet, Profibus or serial line. Remote access to data diagnostic is supported by modem.
