Achieving reliable, low emissions cost effectively requires a number of considerations. Measures to achieve this include use of our Innovative Design Technology resulting in the following benefits.

 
Maximum utilization of collection area with Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) 

CFD modeling enables us to design optimal gas and dust distribution systems. Our ESP utilizes 100% of the installed collection area. Because gas is distributed properly and the collection area fully utilized, we deliver a compact design with maximum system removal efficiency. The practical implications of this mean lower installation cost and lower operational cost.


Controlling emissions during process variations

Sophisticated, proprietary microprocessor high voltage controls respond quickly to process variations, or upset conditions. These fast response controls ensure outlet emissions remain low even under challenging process conditions.

 
Increased performance based on optimal design of discharge electrodes 

Our Electrostatic Precipitator feature electrodes specially designed for both the process and the actual operating conditions. We often differentiate the style of electrodes in the specific collection area or field to correspond to working conditions. In addition, High Voltage power input is maximized during process variations.

 
Maximum availability of dust collection equipment

Our ESPs are designed to minimize wear and tear. All wear parts are placed outside of the dust stream. Our Electrostatic Precipitator need only occasional minor repairs. High quality manufactured parts and intelligent design reduce the risk of costly unscheduled process shutdown due to outlet emissions.
