Knelson Russia now part of FLSmidth
FLSmidth has now finalised the purchase of Knelson's operations in Russia. This completes FLSmidth's purchase of the assets of Knelson, a Canadian based corporate partnership active in the minerals industries.

Knelson develops, manufactures and installs equipment for the recovery of precious metals such as gold, platinum and silver, as well as the enhanced gravity separation of base metals and industrial minerals with over 3000 installations in over 70 countries worldwide.

Knelson Russia joins the worldwide operations of FLSmidth’s minerals business group and will continue to conduct business as FLSmidth Knelson. The facilities will remain in their current location in Irkutsk, Russia. All new inquiries and requests for ongoing service and support for existing installations should be directed to FLSmidth Knelson while all current customer contracts will be completed by Knelson Russia.
