FLSmidth's compliance with Danish Corporate Governance Recommendations

According to the Danish Financial Statements Act, Section 107b, subsection 1, paragraph 3, a Danish listed company must state the reasons why it has decided to deviate from parts of the Danish corporate governance recommendations.

FLSmidth complies with all but one recommendation, which is still partly complied to. The overview report can be found on the Corporate Governance statement page.
