Mainly all variants of belt weighfeeders were supplied in that heavy industry processes. Pfister DBWs are an ideal system for use in all kinds of continuously operated processes there.
Especially for dosing fine, coarse or sticky materials it proves its reliability and performance day by day. The modular design with its large variety in lengths and widths allows an adaptation to nearly all applications. Cabinet placed CSC or locally installed iFC controllers are available for the control of the belt weighfeeder and make it easy to operate them. In addition to that FLSmidth Pfister supplied diverse belt scales to that industry.
The robust, wear-resistant design makes the systems extremely reliable. Heavy measuring loads provide high dosing accuracy. Powered by the state-of-the-art dosing strategy ProsCon®, mass flow is controlled in advance. This makes it possible to achieve stable and highly accurate material dosing in this industry field.
