In House Cyclone Performance Testing
FLSmidth Krebs can perform pilot scale testing on customer samples using cyclones ranging in size from 1/2 inch diameter to 26 inch diameter (1 gpm to 2000 gpm). These tests allow us to accurately evaluate cyclone performance and provide a basis for quoting a full scale system. The lab services include: preperation of customer slurries, cyclone testing, sample collection, measurement of flow rates, partical size distribution, and percent solids, data analysis, and report preparation.
