Only FLSmidth genuine spare parts will keep your equipment operating the way it was designed. Throughout the world we maintain an extensive inventory of these parts, including genuine Fuller® parts for Fuller-Kinyon™ Pumps and Ful-Vane™ Compressors. Most wear parts are available within 24 hours.
FLSmidth has a world-class warranty for both systems and parts. All FLSmidth Pump and Compressor parts come with a 12/18 month warranty on material and workmanship.
Equipment Exchange Programs
The FLSmidth Compressor Exchange Program is designed to replace the cylinder assemblies on existing FLSmidth Ful-Vane rotary compressors. The program minimizes downtime for replacement and is a highly economical method for restoring compressors to original performance standards.
We also have a convenient and cost-effective Fuller-Kinyon pump screw exchange program for customers who wish to receive value from their spent screws. Customers can receive a brand-new FLSmidth pump screw at a discounted price and still retain scrap value for their spent screw.
Custom Rebuilds
FLSmidth provides custom rebuilds at your site or at an FLSmidth service center near you. We first disassemble, clean and inspect all components and provide a detailed estimate of anticipated costs. Then, after we receive your authorization, we’ll rebuild your machine to factory specifications, using only genuine FLSmidth replacement parts.
On-site Support and Engineering
Our factory-trained technicians provide on-site assistance to help you repair or troubleshoot your Fuller-Kinyon Pump or Ful-Vane Compressor during an emergency or regularly scheduled maintenance.
FLSmidth has an engineering staff on-hand to assist in any problem-solving required to meet the needs of your operation. FLSmidth and its service centers are able to provide hands-on and/or classroom training to your maintenance and operations personnel.
