Project training is defined as:
New plant or new production line training within process and maintenance training on the equipment specified in FLSmidth main contract.
The training could consist of:
4 weeks training in Copenhagen at FLSmidth's headquarters by the technical experts
4 weeks on-site training by training specialists
A plant study tour
Further Training
Training of up to 40 participants
This ensures that the participants receive the general theoretical understanding required to perform independent daily tasks and work routines, but specific to the actual machines and processes at the plant. Due emphasis is also placed on safety and safe practices at a cement plant.
