How it works
The Fluxo filling device MBL/MBLT is a movable bulk loader specially designed for loading aerable materials such as cement, fly ash, raw meal and filter dust from silos into road tankers or tank wagons. It consists of standard components built into a compact unit.
Ensuring minimum wear and maximum flexibility while keeping the specific power consumption for aeration at a minimum is a challenge that the Fluxo filling device meets by:
- Using Fluxoslides and an integrated filter that minimises dust conveyance and eliminates waste
- Integrating a Jet Pulse filter to simplify dedusting and dedust other equipment
- Loading mixed cement without causing waste
Models
The Fluxo filling device comes in two models:
- MBL (Mobile Bulk loader with Longitudinal travel): For longitudinal travel only, which means positioning of the tank is important. Normally used when loading train wagons.
- MBLT (Mobile Bulk loader with Longitudinal and Transverse travel facilities): Facilitates truck loading.
Options
Two sizes integrated Jet Pulse Filters
Both Fluxo filling device types MBL and MBLT are available with two sizes of integrated Jet Pulse Filters. The MBL-16/MBLT-16 is supplied where only little dedusting capacity is needed.
If, however, the Fluxo filling device is placed under a CFS silo, an MBL-24/MBLT-24 is capable of dedusting the silo, conveying equipment, Fluxo filling device and road tanker or tank wagon.
