FL 800

The Free Lime Analyser type FL 800 provides free lime analysis in clinker.

Analyzer uses the known principle of the reaction of ethylene glycol with free CaO, when the CaO concentration is determined by the

conductivity of CaO++ ions. The fully automatic device does not use any robot or manipulator for material handling. All internal sample and glycol transport is carried out solely by the use of liquid pumps.

The FL 800 analyser is located in a cabinet (IP54) suited for the industrial environment. The analyser is designed for easy integration with the optional pre-grinding unit CM800.

It is recommended, for at-line applications, to install the analyser together with pre-grinding unit in an IP65 rated enclosure/shack/container.

The control system is based on Siemens S7-300 PLC with a touch-screen operator terminal. The software controls the automatic analysis cycle, manual or automatic sample loading and enables local and remote diagnostic, alarm & event reporting, analyser calibration and data presentation.

The connection to an external control system is via Ethernet or Profibus. Remote access to data diagnostic is supported by modem.
