FLSmidth designs and manufactures Summit Valley Carbon Regeneration kilns, with capacities of 1/2 tonne per day and larger. Our kilns can be gas, fuel oil or electric, and are skid mounted, pre-wired and have pre-piped burner systems. FLSmidth also designs and fabricates the structural steel required for elevated installation.
FLSmidth's patented Summit Valley bellows kiln seal has proven effective in eliminating air ingress and process gas escape. FLSmidth has retrofitted non-Summit Valley kilns to use our patented seal.
