Wemco HMS Drum Plants

Over 750 complete plants have been supplied in capacities from 25 tph to 400 tph. Plants can be custom designed in modular or mobile format to suit any site or client preference. Our services include design, supply and construction in minimum delivery times. FLSmidth's Dorr-Oliver Eimco equipment includes:

• Wemco® Drum Separator
• Spiral Classifier

Wemco HMS Cyclone Plants

HMS Cyclone modules are offered in capacities from 50 tph to 250 tph. Multiple module plants have been supplied in capacities up to 800 tonnes per hour. Dorr-Oliver Eimco equipment includes:

• Wemco® HMS Cyclone
• Spiral Classifier(s)
• Densifier(s) (as required)

Completing the Circuit

The coal preparation circuit can be completed by FLSmidth's Dorr-Oliver Eimco equipment and modular systems, such as froth flotation and vacuum filtration of fine coal, or effluent dewatering and clarification using Hi-rate or conventional Thickeners and Belt Presses. Complementary equipment to our HMS modular systems includes:

• Froth Flotation Cells
• Unisizer™ Upward Current Separator
• Belt Presses
• Vacuum Filtration - Horizontal, Drum, or Disc
• Thickeners - Conventional or E-Cat® Clarifier-Thickeners
