FLSmidth delivers fourth mill to Egyptian cement producer
FLSmidth has been awarded a contract by Egyptian Sinai Cement Company for the supply of a cement mill with a capacity of 120 tons per hour (tph). The mill is the fourth mill delivered by FLSmidth to Sinai Cement Company.
The contract includes the supply of one UMS cement mill, size 15.5x46 with a design capacity of 120 tph Ordinary Portland Cement, with a SEPAX 375 separator.
The contract encompasses delivery of equipment for the cement mill installation, including bag filters and materials handling equipment from the mill installation to the silos of the existing Sinai production facilities.
FLSmidth has a more than 100 years long history on the Egyptian cement market. This is the fourth mill delivered to the same customer and illustrates the good relationship built with Sinai Cement Company through the previous orders.
Commissioning of the mill is scheduled for first quarter 2010.
