FLSmidth MOELLER wins fly ash handling project in The Netherlands
FLSmidth MOELLER has received an order worth approximately 11 million Euros from a German power provider for a fly ash handling system for a power plant in The Netherlands.
The hard coal fired power plant will provide an electrical capacity of 1.100 MW and is located in the Port of Rotterdam.
The scope of the supply includes engineering, delivery and erection of a complete pneumatic ash handling system from the hopper outlets of the Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) to the fly ash silos. Included in the contract is also equipment for a new gypsum silo in connection with the related stair tower.
This is the second order for FLSmidth MOELLER received from the same power provider after 2008 for a similar Power Plant in North Rhine-Westphalia of Germany, which is under execution.
