Premium valves

The Technequip Knife Gate Valve is a true bi-directional slurry knife gate valve with full port flow. Its replaceable rubber wear sleeves are designed to seal and withstand the harsh, abrasive duty inherent in mining and milling facilities. Our line of knife gate valves includes:

  • Technequip TG Standard-Pressure Valve
  • Technequip TGH High-Pressure Valve
  • Technequip TGHP Extra-High-Pressure Valve
  • Technequip TGW Wafer-Body-Style Valve

The T2 Series Tech-Taylor Valve is a 2-way, floating ball check valve used to isolate duty and standby pumps in mineral processing circuits. The Tech-Taylor valve requires no air or electricity to operate. It is the most cost effective and efficient answer for pump isolation when you have two pumps in parallel.

The T1 Series Vacuum Breaker Valve is a one-way slurry check valve. It is installed on the high points on a tailings line to break the vacuum created in the pipeline upon shutoff. The vacuum breaker has been proven since the 1970s, and is particularly useful in cold climates where temperatures can cause tailings lines to become brittle and much more susceptible to fracture when exposed to vacuum conditions.

Valves are available in a full range of sizes with both metric and imperial flange patterns. Numerous actuation options and a wide variety of construction materials to suit specific application needs.
