The VSW range is FLSmidth Ludowici’s heavy duty high frequency dewatering screen. This linear motion product has been specifically designed for effective dewatering of fine coal and minerals. With a high frequency and high ‘G ‘ force linear motion action, the VSW range guarantees maximum dewatering. Applications

The VSW screen range is specifically designed to dewater slurry containing fine particles from 0 to 4mm such as:

  • Coal
  • Iron ore
  • Sand

  • Screen drive by twin out-of-balance vibrating motors, counter-rotating to provide linear motion
  • Floor mounted on galvanised steel coil springs minimising transfer vibration into the supporting structure
