Quality-crafted Sieve Bends in all sizes, suitable for a range of screening media

Our Sieve Bend range has a number of industry-leading features and is designed in many different sizes suitable for a wide range of applications of varying widths.

The key features of our Sieve Bend range are as follows:

  • Wide range of sizes with widths up to 3.6m
  • Suitable for a range of screening media such as stainless steel wedge wire or polyurethane
  • Quality wear materials such as alumina and quarry tile or vulcanise rubber

You will find our Sieve Bends useful for your tasks in any of the following areas:

  • Civil aggregate
  • CIL process
  • Dewatering
  • Trash
  • Scalping
  • Sizing
  • Classification
  • Waste water
  • Food processing
Solids-bearing liquid (slurry) is poured into the feed box and overflows onto the screen. The sharp, leading edge of each wedge wire slices away a thin layer of water and small particle solids. Larger particles continue down the screen surface until most of the liquid is removed. The size of particles is determined by the size of the coal particles and their settling velocity in the liquid. Separation size, in most operations, is usually about half the size of the screen opening.
