Telesupport means online help by experienced FLSmidth Pfister technicians with handling parameters, trouble-shooting and interpreting events and system messages. Telesupport saves you time and money. All you just need is a telephone line or VPN internet access.
Your telesupport package includes: 56 K modem or Ethernet COM server (and all required cables), Data backup and archiving of system data at FLSmidth Pfister, Dial-up and immediate diagnostics after calling the FLSmidth Pfister 24-hour-hotline, 1 year telesupport contract (extension available).
