Heat Treatment Department
- Case hardening and heat treatment in nitride atmosphere of items up to 2,7 m in diameter and 2,8 m in length
- Nitriding and stress relieving in nitride atmosphere of items up to 0.9 m in diameter and 2,5 m in length (or specific parts of larger items)
- Toughening of items up to 2 m in diameter and 3,5 m in length
- Annealing and stress relieving of items up to 2,6 m in diameter and 2,4 m in length
- Generator of carbon atmosphere controlled by computer
- Generator for high-frequency hardening for items up to 0,03 m in diameter and 1,6 m in length
- Quenching press for dish springs (for turbine purposes)
- Capacity of the crane 12 t
Assembly Department
- Equipped with all installations needed for gear test-run performance
- Capacity of the cranes up to 100 t
