Professional Career Development Programme
Knowing that it can be difficult to figure out which career path to follow, FLSmidth has designed a programme that focuses on helping our employees plan and manage their careers in alignment with the company's strategies and business development needs.
It is a two-year programme that teaches the selected participants from FLSmidth about career development and enhances their self-awareness of own strengths, weaknesses, motivation, work situation and opportunities in FLSmidth.
In order to qualify for the programme the participants must show a high degree of openness and willingness to work on their own development in the company. To ensure continuous development, each participant is assigned a personal coach with whom he/she holds face-to-face sessions following an initial workshop.
