Global Talent Programme
To develop and enhance the skills of our future managers, FLSmidth conducts a two-year internal global talent programme focusing on development of the managerial skills of tomorrow's managers.
The programme is planned and delivered in partnership with Henley Business School. It aims to teach future FLSmidth managers how to lead others, how to manage change and develop strategies. The programme gives the participants a unique opportunity to network across the entire organisation.
