After the filled bag has been discharged by the packer on the discharge belt, it is conveyed to the bag cleaning section where it is cleaned by means of compressed air streams and a separate blower for efficient de-dusting. Further it is shaken on a special roller way in order to settle the product inside the bag.
The bag is then aligned and conveyed to the electronic belt weigher VENTOCHECK for individual bag weight control according to preset weight parameters.
The bags not respecting the indicated weight accuracy range are handled by the subsequent sorting and shredding unit which consist of pneumatically operated bag trap controlled directly by the Ventocheck system for directing the “non-conform ” bags to the shredding system. This system cuts/destroys the bag and separate it from the material inside which can be returned to the feeding system.
Accordingly to the layout and to the customer requirement a different and partial combination of the four modules of the VENTOSORT system can be provided
PACT
PACT is the basic bag treating system consisting of a single unit for cleaning and sorting broken bag.
After being discharged by the packer, the filled bags is cleaned by means of compressed air stream and a separated dedusting blower. Further it is shaken on a special roller way in order to settle the product inside the bag. Broken bags falls by gravity between two big rollers
Based on customer preference and bag material a shredding system can be installed underneath the bag trap.
