"IEP" - INLINE PACKER FOR SPECIAL MATERIAL

Ventomatic air type Inline packer produced since 1961 is today offered with the leading edge electronic weighing and filling control technology.

Main Feature

From 1 to 4 spouts - up to 1200/1400 bags/hour of 50 kg bags
(max. 4 spouts as bags are discharged onto a common discharge conveyor )

Possibility to customized receipts in accordance to product features

Modular design which allow to expand the packer and to rapidly empty the packer for changing the product

Pneumatic actuation of bag clamping devices and discharge mechanisms for filled bags

Automatic adjustment (optional) of the level of the saddles for bag support by pneumatic actuator, dependent on the number of different bag lengths utilised

Appropriate air injection point locations and air actuation controls for product fluidisation

Many different "menus" can be programmed to cater for different types of products to be bagged

To discharge the bag from the spout, either the "tiltable" saddle or "free roller" version can be supplied. The bag discharge action is pneumatically actuated in both cases

Easy maintenance thanks to simply mechanism for guillotine closure, special design of sealing arrangements to reduce wear and improve the containment of dust, facilitate removal and replacement of "wear" items
