Road-mobile units are complete packing or palletizing systems mounted on a trailer.

Main Feature

Packing unit:

4 spouts - up to 1200 bags/hour

Installed electronic weighing system type VENTODIGIT III certified as per European directive no. EN 45501 and approved by P.T.B. office and O.I.M.L R61-1 Norms

Impeller filling concept (vertical or horizontal shaft)

Fully equipped with filter, air compressor, spillage bucket elevator, screen and spillage recovery system

Palletizing unit:

M6 palletizer - up to 1200 bags/hour
Fully equipped with compressed air system, PLC –operated electric control board

Suitable for:

Cement & similar product

Characteristics:

Only product and power are to be supplied
No erection and civil works are necessary
Easy and fast location as limited height is required and low cost
Homologated trailers allow easy and safe transportation on roads
Suitable for small cement terminals and specially for ports
Electricity can be generated on board (as option)
