Bag sealing system
VENTOSEAL system which complies with the market demands.
The VENTOSEAL sealing principle is based on a system using mechanical pressure and shear produced between two toothed wheels to knurl together two sheets of paper or plastic. The VENTOSEAL knurls together the upper and lower part of the bag valve providing the required sealing.

Characteristics
Ventomatic has developed and put into operation two versions of the VENTOSEAL,both with only one sealing device:
VENTOSEAL R for sealing on-board the rotary packer
VENTOSEAL H for sealing down-stream the horizontal transporting line following the packer. The VENTOSEAL H can be installed in existing production lines without affecting the original production capacity.
