Company Announcement to the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority No. 24-2009, 22 December 2009

It has been reported in the Tunisian media that FLSmidth has signed a contract with Tunisian owned Carthage Cement for supplies of equipment and services for a cement plant in Tunisia.  

FLSmidth confirms that this information is correct. If and when the contract is finalised and becomes binding, we shall immediately inform the market.
