ECS/CEMulator is developed to ease the learning of the cement production process. It is a tool to become familiar with cement production providing hands-on experience on plant operation and process control.
The training system is based on one or more Trainee CEMulator PCs and optionally an Instructor CEMulator PC. Each of the Trainees will be able to simulate various items of the cement process through application models.
Various types of interactions can be made to establish a real time simulation of the impact on the process involved. Through the Instructor Simulator PC the instructor can overview all Trainees and interact on the simulation if necessary.
Currently we have the following standard ECS/CEMulator models:
- Kiln/cooler process simulation
- Raw Mill process simulation
- Cement Mill process simulation
- Coal Mill process simulation
Further now also QCX/BlendExpert-Simulation and a PLC device simulation.
