Via HOTLINE the system user is provided with a 24 hours round the clock service tool for urgently required support and trouble-shooting assistance by an FLSmidth Automation employee or even a system specialist.
Technical support will be given in case of urgent and unforeseen need for trouble shooting during non-office hours. The problem will be given highest priority.
This service can save customers for costly downtime, specialist travel time and other expenses.
