Modernization Advice

An effective strategy for modernization can ensure that equipment failures are minimized, and that the systems fulfil the life cycle expectations. Preparing a renovation in a balanced manner according to the needs, rather than forced by emergency, may result in huge savings and fewer stops in production.

FLSmidth Automation offers an integrator evaluation of the electrical equipment by going through the plant (Control system, PLC's, MCC's, motors, drives etc.) prior to modernization plans.

The evaluation is an on-the-spot activity, with discussions and suggestions. If agreed, it may result in a report which points out the improvement ideas for investment with budget prices.
