Alarm reports are an exported edition of the alarms from the control system and can be used to replace the conventional matrix printers. The reports can be generated on a scheduled basis, ensuring that the most recent data is available for backup and analysis purposes.
Top 50 Alarms Report
Expert Control System Version 7 and 6
The Top 50 Alarms Report generates an overview of the most occurring alarms in the control system. Reoccurring alarms is often due to an improperly configured control system and the report assists in focusing on faulty instruments or wrong alarm limits and cut down the number of alarms, giving operators a superior overview of the plant operation.
PLC Parameter Backup Report
Expert Control System Version 7 Only
The PLC Parameter backup report can be used to store and analyse all parameters in a PLC. The parameters can be restored by manual request if required and is especially useful for systems with extended faceplates, which allows for parameter adjustment.
Maintenance Report
ECS/PlantGuide Version 7 Only
The maintenance report keeps track of maintenance activities and generates work sheets for plant maintenance jobs, by monitoring the total run-hours of each main motor. The maintenance report is a lightweight maintenance system facilitating better planning and reduced maintenance costs, by utilizing full equipment lifetime.

The Monthly Performance Report is a plug-and-play solution for simple performance monitoring. The Monthly Performance Report is generated using trends and block diagrams, giving a simple overview of the monthly performance.
