Total plant electrification and automation order for FLSmidth Automation India

The KCP Limited chooses FLSmidth Automation India as their supplier for plant Electrification and Automation for their upcoming greenfield 4500tpd cement production unit at Muktyala near Jaggayyapet, Krishna District in Andhrapradesh.

As part of the order FLSmidth Automation will provide power distribution equipment including 132KV switchyard, 6.6KV medium voltage distribution panels, power control centres, intelligent motor control centres, liquid rotor starters, bus ducts, HT capacitors, power factor correction system, ECS^® process control systems including ECS/ControlCenter™ control & automation system, ECS/PlantGuide^® management information system, ECS/CemScanner^® kiln shell scanner system, ECS/ProcessExpert™ optimization system, field instrumentation and QCX^® quality control system including automatic samplers, automatic tube transport system, automated XRF & FCaO Analysers and a QCX/RoboLab^® robot based fully automated laboratory.
