The FLSmidth Group seeks to maintain regular contact with the stock market to ensure that the developments in its share price reflect the underlying financial performance of the Group. This is done via announcements to the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority and the Copenhagen Stock Exchange, briefing of analysts and investors and up-to-date information about the Group's activities on the corporate website, www.flsmidth.com.

By subscribing to the electronic communication service at www.flsmidth.com/subscription, stakeholders have swift and seamless access to the latest company announcements and press releases.

FLSmidth is continuously negotiating many potential contracts on the global market. To be considered binding, such contracts require not only signing but also exchange of downpayment and guarantees. Binding contracts whose value exceeds DKK 200m are announced to the stock market.

Shares are registered via the shareholder’s own bank. Registered shareholders automatically receive an invitation to general meetings.

The objective of FLSmidth's Investor Relations function is to ensure that

• the share price reflects the company's results and a fair market value based on an open and active dialogue with the stock market, 
• all shareholders have equal and sufficient access to timely, relevant and price-sensitive information.

The Group maintains a three week quiet period before the planned release of financial statements. During this period it does not comment on financial goals nor guidance and does not take part in meetings nor presentations with analysts or investors. The Group only comments on factual information and not on guidance given in analyst reports.
