These are important in order to act out the vision. One way of doing so is to live up to our name Institute or – as it is also called – the Learning Centre.
We discussed specific activities and actions that are measurable and will support FLSmidth Institute as a learning centre in the future. Being FLSmidth’s technical knowledge centre, we shall provide knowledge measurements.
We are about to adopt a form of measurement which will demonstrate to our clients that training is effective, that delegates increase their knowledge during the course and that this is shown by testing the delegates before and after the course.
