Objective
The course is about highly automated cement laboratories using the QCX System

Learning Objectives
After attending the course the participants will understand the concept and applications of Laboratory Automation.
The participants will understand the system design and know normal operator functions for daily operation, configuration possibilities and maintenance/trouble-shooting tools.

Benefits
The overview and knowledge gained from the course will improve the operation of the QCX System and in this way improve laboratory practices and cement production.

Course Contents
The training course first introduces the FLSmidth Automation QCX system. The course introduces the concept in equipment and Laboratory Automation in relation to laboratory functions and how the modules interact and can improve or perform some of these functions.

The next few days cover the QCX server side of a QCX/AutoSampling™ system.
The course focuses on understanding the system design, normal operator functions for daily operation, configuration possibilities and maintenance/ trouble-shooting tools.

Form
Presentation and Demonstration.
Classroom PC-supported lectures and hands-on exercises.

Documentation
Each participant will receive a binder with a complete set of training materials.

Target group 
The course is designed for Quality Managers and Laboratory responsible personnel with QCX Base Training courses or prior operation in a cement laboratory

The maximum numbers of participants are 8
