Electrostatic Precipitator and Fabric Filter
- Operation and Maintenance - Denmark
Filter operation and maintenance are important for assuring cement manufacture efficiency. If not maintained properly, the dedusting equipment will cause kiln stops and thereby substantial financial losses. This course introduces filter operation and maintenance procedures and techniques. Operation and maintenance is treated in the same course, as erratic operation has a great impact on maintenance needs.
Learning objectives
The purpose of the course is to teach the participants how to perform the specified maintenance procedures and repair works, and explain the correlation between operational parameters, filter behaviour and maintenance needs.
Benefits
The increased knowledge of maintenance procedures, the implementation of them and proper understanding of the individual operational parameters will significantly improve the performance of the filters and increase plant efficiency.
