In order to assist in the day-to-day management of a cement plant, FLSmidth Management Teams can be contracted to cover predefined Management functions ranging from one single function to all administrative, technical and commercial responsibilities.
Technical Assistance Teams
FLSmidth Technical Assistance Teams can be contracted to assist in achieving optimal production and operation. The number of consultants comprising the Technical Team will depend on the size and the nature of the assignment. Technical Assistance Teams are recommended where process, mechanical, electrical and/or organisational expertise is required, such as:
- Production supervision
- Process control
- Mechanical inspection and maintenance
- Various training programs
- Product quality control
Short-Term Managers and Technical Specialists
Short-Term Managers or Technical Specialists can be contracted to assist local managers or staff at the plant to provide a more one-to-one consulting service. The Short-Term Managers or Technical Specialists can also be contracted to perform specified duties which require high specific knowledge that is not available at the plant.
