Total Service: A service concept for scheduled maintenance of APC equipment

Between scheduled shutdowns
During normal plant operation, service engineers from FLSmidth Airtech will on a regular basis inspect the performance and the maintenance condition of the APC equipment, either through visits to the plant site or through a modem based data communication system linked to the APC equipment control system.

 

From such regular inspection, the customer will receive professional reports on maintenance and operational status, together with recommendations for maintenance and repair works to be done at scheduled shutdowns. Also client’s current spare parts stock level will be monitored and recommendations will be given for essential spare parts to be carried.

During scheduled shutdowns
During scheduled shutdowns, service engineers from FLSmidth Airtech will inspect the APC equipment as soon as access is possible and, based on previous maintenance reports and actual fi ndings, take care of the planning and carrying out -of all necessary maintenance work, including scheduled and unforeseen work to be done at the actual shutdown and work to be done later.

 

At the end of the scheduled shutdown the FLSmidth Airtech service engineers will optimise the operation of the plant and make emission check measurements.

Emergencies
The Total Service Concept also stands for “Emergency Service and Repair” between the planned service inspection and “Hot-line Service” including a 24 hours consulting advice on problems with the customers APC equipment.

We at FLSmidth Airtech together with our local partners commit ourselves to respond to emergency call outs within a fi xed time limit to be agreed individually with each of our customers.
