High efficiency dust collection with low maintenance
Pulse-Jet Fabric Filters are used throughout industries in a wide range of applications providing sound technical and commercially attractive solutions on processes which demand high collection efficiencies with related low dust emissions.

Traditionally only precipitators have been used, the trend is now towards de-dusting these by Fabric Filters. Having supplied Fabric Filters to various industries, we have been able to adapt this unique technology to the cement industry. Fabric Filters ensure a close to zero emission and is not prudent to sudden emission puff, due to start and stop of the process etc. One of the major features is the ability of on-line maintenance and off-line cleaning - giving a high reliability and low operation cost.
Our laboratory provides model testing of flow patterns and detail analysis of the dust and its properties, enabling us to choose the optimum media and to ensure proper air-to-cloth ratio. For conditioning the gas before the filters, we can provide dual flow water spray systems to the down comer duct, in order to control temperature and humidity before entering the filters.
Several cement plants are today in a need of upgrading the Air Pollution Control Systems, due to more strict emission requirements, production increases and normal tear and wear on the old systems.
