As part of the ongoing focusing of the FLS Group’s activities, it has been decided that F.L.Smidth Airtech, in the future focus its activities related to the cement and the minerals markets. This will enable F.L.Smidth Airtech, as an integrated part of F.L.Smidth, to contribute to the further development of the Group’s leading market position.

The restructuring means a change of management in that Mr Thomas Otterberg has resigned as CEO of F.L.Smidth Airtech. He has been succeeded by Mr Arndt H. Nørgaard who now holds a similar position with FLS miljø a/s.
