F.L. Smidth Airtech have established a new service for remote trouble shooting and supervision of electrical control systems.
With this service we will be able to check the operation of the dedusting equipment and draw trend curves of for eksampel dust emission versus plant production or any parameter effecting the efficiency of the equipment. We can even make current-voltage characteristics online from Denmark. This valuable tool helps to forsee eventual comming malfunction of the equipment and there by prevent unscheduled shut-downs of the production equipment. It is obvious that this service can save a lot of money for our clients as curing problems before they arise is cheaper then repair of damaged equipment.
